Sing Your Journey

The mind so heavy with thoughts one’s eyes cannot look up, the heart so burdened with worries it sinks like stone. But the soul, ah that soul, will be freed from heart and mind and flesh, think all that is life, love all that is right, leaving the heart and mind under. See my sunrise and set, see my birth of fowl and waterborne. Know your soul is my journey. Seek not your end too soon, your time to rise beyond. Consume your life like a dish, but fear not the repast. Sing your journey. Sing your song, and listen to other verses.
