While I live
I am not always loved
While someone hears me
They do not always understand me
While I feel
Others will not accept my emotions
Still, I breathe and hope for love, understanding, and clarity.
As a human, I reserve the right to be wrong from time to time.
Yet, still, I hope for acceptance
I can relate to this. Knowing that I’ll never belong anywhere and yet, hoping to be accepted as I am. That was beautiful.

Thank you. The human condition infects all of us to one degree or another. Don’t you think?

Sonali, I frequently step over the line. I grew up in abject poverty, with many blurred lines around me. I learned I had to accept myself, warts and all, and build a tough shell around my heart. You will belong, just as quickly as you accept yourself, warts and all. It is the rest of the world that has a problem in not seeing you properly.

That is a really positive point of view that you have. And I agree with you.
